Timeline

Foundation

Founded in 1989 and strategically established in Brazil’s main peanut area, NUTOIL LTDA., which is currently transitioning its brand to NUTOIL LTDA., has grown steadily and successfully through continuous investment and innovation, becoming the country’s largest exporter of peanut kernels and crude oil, accounting for 20% of the sector’s exports. 

In the very beginning

NUTOIL’s activities were focused on extracting vegetable oils, more specifically peanut oil, in the cities of Bariri-SP and Itápolis-SP, processing around 70 to 80 tons of raw material. In 2004, it acquired a deactivated plant in Catanduva-SP and renovated it, increasing its production capacity.

New Units

Its Grain Processing unit was established in 2008, while the Benefiting unit in 2013, both in the city of Taquaritinga-SP, from which time onwards it began to operate in the grain market.

High quality standards

In July 2021, due to their high quality standards and excellence in products and services, the grain units received the BRCGS-AA Global Food Safety Standard seal. (see quality) This achievement is the result of the dedication, hard work and commitment of all our collaborators, who make every effort to ensure that peanuts are recognized all over the world!

Nowadays

The company currently concentrates its industrial activities in Catanduva and Taquaritinga, in the state of São Paulo, and its main peanut products are: raw and blanched kernels, crude oil and meal, which are processed and used as raw materials by food industries for human consumption and animal nutrition.
