Skinless peanuts that have undergone a process to remove the skin without altering their sensory characteristics. In the blanching process, the kernel is heated to optimize the removal of the skin. Than, it goes through the mechanical removal stage by sanding, guaranteeing a better visual presentation of the product, in compliance with the strictest quality and food safety standards.
